HDSR BOARD INTRODUCTION

(HIGH DENSITY CALCIUM SILICATE SLAB FOR FIRE RESISTANCE)

High density calcium silicate slab for fire resistance is a special fire protection board for high fire rating building used indoor ceiling or partitions. It has high strength, good performance and excellent machining characteristics. Free from asbestos, is a kind of green building material, haven’t any irritant smoke when burning and high temperature.

   Raw materials: pure quartz powder, quick lime, Portland cement, cellulose and some kinds of fined mineral additives. There is no asbestos, brucite and meerschaum in the raw materials and the formulation at all.

【Color of Boards】

The raw material for the boards is natural inorganic ores and cellulose fibers; the final color of the board tends to be off white. There may be some tolerance in the color, but this will not affect the mechanical and physical properties of the board.

【Standard】

  The boards meet the highest grade of standard as ISO****2, GB ********7 and BS **6 from UK.

【Application】

The purpose of HDSR is for higher performance of fire rating applications for indoor partition, ceiling, smoke ducting, ventilation ducting, smoke certain, building structure protection, Glass certain wall fire protection in civil buildings. HDSR board, insulation materials and framework composed the non-loading system of partition and ceiling.

   The partition and ceiling of HDSR board can improve the performance of thermal insulation and moisture-proof; make the loss and expense of air-conditioner and warm gas in the building decreased.

   The smooth surface of board can improve the decorative effect of building. It can be used in both new and old buildings:

【Transportation and storage】

When delivery, the boards should be piled up in the way of board-to-board, then it is suitable for overseas transportation, road transportation and indoor store.

The boards could not be stored outside or in the store near water. It must be stored in a smooth, no rain leaking and good ventilated warehouse. It should avoid moisture before used. Once it was affected with damp, it should be cleaned up right away and sent it to a well ventilate area for drying up.

Carried by one man is prohibited. The boards should be carried by two men with both hands of them and taking the long edges horizontally or taking the short edges vertically.

【Advantage】

  It is durable. More than *0% of the composition is same as granite, more than *0% same as marble.

  High strength. The lowest strength (in parallel) is≥ 5.5Mpa. While the highest strength (in cross) is≥ 7Mpa which meets the insulation and transportation requirement of the civil building and both its flexibility and bending strength are higher than international famous brand of Calcium Silicate Board.

  Low thermal conductivity in normal and high temperature. It takes the loss and expense of air conditioner and warm gas in the building decreased for its good thermal insulation and keep warm. The outstanding high temperature thermal insulation performance has guaranteed the personnel and belonging security by cutting fire and thermal conducting.

  High fireproof temperature. The products can stand the temperature up to ***0℃.

  High fire rating. The reasonable fireproof system application density may reach the fire rating of partition to be **0 minutes and fire rating ceiling to be *0 minutes which meets the request in 4 hours fire rating for partition and 1 hour fire rating for ceiling around the world.

  Incombustible materials. Meeting the standard of GB ********7 grade A, ISO****2 and BS **6 which is the guarantee of fire proof.

  Inorganic material, it is fire proof, anti fungus and antiseptic which is good for the health of user.

  It can be used for many kinds of building because of its capability for anti-chemical corrosive.
